Mushroom Manchurian

Mushroom Manchurian is an Indo-Chinese dish which is very delicious and the best side dish with noodles and as a starter or can be edible with naan.


1.200 gm mushroom

2.1 onion

3.6-7 cloves of garlic

4.chopped green chilli

5.chopped coriander leaves


7.chings Manchurian masala(optional) inch ginger

9.bay leaver

10.MSG boiled potato-grated


Cut all the ingredients as shown in the pic.Remove the stems of mushroom and chop it and mix with grated patato.Add salt, pepper powder and garam masala and make a dough of it.Then stuff the mix in the hollow part of the mushroom.Then we can prepare a batter out of corn flour, gram flour and chilli powder mixed to a smooth paste.Dip the mushroom balls and deep fry it in oil till it turns to golden colour.

Then heat another pan and add oil and keep the high flame.Then add the chopped garlic, green chilli and bay leave.Then mix some MSG in it and add soya sauce, chilli and tomato sauce to chings Manchurian masala(optional).then add salt and water and let it cook for 2 min.Then add the mushroom balls and mix well.After a minute and switch off the flame and serve it with noodles, it will be awesome.
