Palak Paneer(cottage cheese in spinach gravy)

Palak paneer is a most popular vegetarian dish which is rich in the goodness of spinach and cottage cheese(panner).Also, it’s a less oil preparation (also can be oil free) which makes us a  fit foodie.So let’s see the below process to make it.



2.tomato-2 nos

3.garlic 6-8 cloves chilly -2

5.paneer (cottage cheese)-200g

6.salt and garam masala

How to prepare-

First, boil the spinach for 10 min and make a paste out of it.Don’t through the left over water, it will be used in gravy.Two tomatoes blended with garlic and chilly.Now Heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil into it.Then add the tomato-garlic paste into it and add some turmeric and chilly powder to it and cook till the raw smell goes up.Then add the spinach paste and cook it for 5 min.Then add the paneer cubes into the boiling gravy and add some salt to it.cook it further for 10 min and serve hot with jeera rice or roti.
