Vegetable sandwich

The vegetable sandwich is a healthy and quick recipe for breakfast.It is even much better if it is made of whole wheat bread.Here I have used wheat bread and stuffing of mashed potato with veggies.


1.whole wheat bread

2.boiled potato




How to make it-

At first, prepare the stuffing of boiled potato.Here I have shallow fry it.It’s optional, you can rather use boiled ones and add some salt and chat masala instead.Then cut the veggies you like (cucumber, carrot, onion, tomato) in round shape.Arrange all these as shown in the pics and smear butter on both the side of the pieces of bread and keep in the sandwich maker and put in flame and take out after both sides turn golden brown.Then take out and cut into two halves diagonally and enjoy with catch up.
