Chilli chicken is the most common and delicious indo-Chinese recipe which we generally order most of the time we dine out.Let’s make this recipe in home with the same restaurant touch.
1.boneless chicken -250 gram
2.half bell pepper cut into dice
3.one onion cut into dice
4.chopper ginger-1 inch
6.chopped green chilli-1-2
8.3 tablespoon corn floor
9.soya sauce, tomato sauce
How to make it-
First, heat oil in a pan to fry the chicken and sidewise prepare the marination of chicken.
Beat an egg and add one teaspoon pepper powder and mix the chicken with the mixture, then add 3 tablespoons of corn flour and drop it into the hot oil in a high flame.Take out the chicken after it turns golden yellow and put on a paper towel.
Now we can prepare the sauce for our dish.Add 2 tablespoons of oil in another pan and add the chopped ginger, garlic and chilli to it and saute it.then we can add the diced onion and bell pepper to it and saute it for 1 min.Now prepare a dilute mixture of water and cornstarch in a bowl.Then add soya sauce and tomato sauce and cornstarch mixture into the pan followed by MSG and a little salt(as the sauce is containing salt) and saute it quickly.Now we can add the fried chicken and mix them well for 1 min.Now you can switch off the flame and garnish with chopped spring onion.
It will go well as a starter as well as a side dish with any Indian bread.
