Veggie masala Maggie

Maggie is such a brand name which is famous in all age group and today I tried to make it more tasty and healthy by adding lots of veggies.Let’s eat healthy  and stay healthy.It’s a very quick breakfast recipe.


1.Maggie noodle -1pkd

2.boiled green peas

3.grated carrot

4.chopped french beans

5.spring onion

6.chopped garlic

7.chopped green chillis

8.tomato cut into small pieces


10.1.5 cup of water

 How to make it-

Heat the in medium flame and add some cumin seeds(optional), chopped green chillis and garlic.Then add the chopped beans, carrot and fry for 1 min.Then add the tomatoes and salt as per required.cook it till the tomato becomes soft.Then add half of the spring onion and boiled peas followed by maggie masala. Then add 1.5 cups of water and break the noodles into half and add it into the pan.cover it and cook it for 3-5 min in medium flame by covering with a lid.Switch off the flame when it’s 90% cooked and cover the lid again.Let it cook in steam for 1 min and then serve hot in a bowl and garnish with remaining spring onions.
