Spicy Egg Curry

Egg curry is one of the favourite dishes of all non-vegetarians as well as eggetarians. So I have prepared a very simple and less oily recipe of egg curry. Hope you all will like this.

Ingredients Required-

1.2 boiled eggs

2.one onion and 2 red  chilli paste

3.paste of 2 Tomato

4.one green chilli

5.garam masala

6.Everest egg curry masala

7.turmeric and salt

8.coriander leaves

9.2 tablespoon oil

How to make it-

Heat the pan and add two tablespoon oil and fry the eggs by adding turmeric powder. keep the fried eggs aside then put some cumin seeds into the pan.After it splutters add onion chilli paste and stir it continuously till it gets fried.then add tomato paste and green chilli and fry it till the raw smell goes.then add all the masala(garam masala, egg curry masala), turmeric powder and salt.Then add 1 cup of water and leave it to boil for 5-7 min.Then add the eggs and allow to cook for next 5 min.After the dish is ready let it stay for 10 min and serve hot with roti or rice by garnishing with chopped coriander leaves.
