Bundi Raita is a very common and easy side dish which will enhance the taste of the main course.This will go very nice with pulab or naan and curry or any rich dish.
2.250 gram curd
3.roasted cumin powder-1 teaspoon
4.salt-according to taste
6.copped green chilly
7.chopped coriander leaves
8.red chilli powder-1/2 tea soon
9.mustard seed,fenugreek seeds, cumin seed, aniseed (panch phoran)
11.whole Kashmiri dry red chilli
How to make –
At first beat the curd ina bowl and add rock salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, normal salt and whip it.mix the soaked bundi to the bowl and add chopped coriander and green chillis to it.For tampering take one teaspoon of mustard oil and add the panch phoran and red chilli and pour the mix into the bowl.The yummy boondi raita is ready.
